Delete your Idiscovr account

If you can sign in, this is the fastest way to permanently delete your account:

1. Open the Idiscovr app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
3. Open Settings (gear icon).
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate on our servers for your user record and associated app data tied to that account.

If you cannot access the app, email info@idiscovr.app from the address linked to your Idiscovr account. Use the subject line Delete my Idiscovr account. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we delete account-linked data including:

• Account identifiers (email, phone number, user ID)
• Profile information (name, bio, role, preferences)
• Photos, videos, and gallery content you uploaded
• Messages and match-related data tied to your account
• Saved items, blocks, and in-app activity linked to your account
• Push notification tokens and subscription linkage to your user record

We may retain limited information only where required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance
• Billing and payment records required for tax and accounting (if you had a paid subscription)
• Records of your deletion request and related support correspondence

Retained data is kept no longer than necessary for those purposes (typically up to 90 days for operational logs and support, longer only if required by law).

Idiscovr does not offer a single request to erase all personal data while keeping an active account. You may remove individual uploaded media in the app where that option is available. For other requests, contact info@idiscovr.app.
